Aroma Restaurant Palazzo Manfredi

The Michelin-starred restaurant Aroma is located on the panoramic terrace of Rome, on the top floor of the 5-star hotel Palazzo Manfredi overlooking the magnificence of the Colosseum. The project was born with the need to transform the kitchen area into an open kitchen divided by the space through stained glass windows and a bronze metal cabinet suitable for the service. The Irish green marble is predominant and is also the top of the kitchen.
Through a passage you exit on the covered terrace, where you can find the tables of the restaurant overlooking the beautiful view of the Colosseum in front of the Altar of the Fatherland and the dome of San Pietro in the distance.
